SHIPPING FOR ONLINE ORDERS
General Flat-Rate Shipping Terms
Get 2-5 business day delivery to anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States, or select express delivery to get your order faster! Orders are shipped UPS or USPS depending on best availability. Usually, UPS will ring your doorbell then leave the package in a sheltered area. USPS will deliver the package in your mailbox if it fits, or put it by your door.
Flat Rate Shipping
$5.99 flat-rate USPS or UPS Ground Shipping. USA only, 2-5 business days for most orders.
If you choose in-store pickup during checkout, come on into Caruso Caruso at 166 West Maple, Birmingham, MI 48009 during business hours to pick up your order. Items will be available for pickup at the latest the following business day after 11am, but can be ready in as little as 1 hour. An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you need your order sooner, please call the shop at 248-645-5151. We are also available at [email protected] to answer any additional in-store pickup questions.
RETURNS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
Returns for a full refund are granted within 15 days of purchase with receipt. Beyond 15 days returns for exchange or store credit are permitted. All returns must have all store and manufacturer tags attached. Products must be in original, unworn condition.
If an item is defective in any way, we'll make it right.
RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Returns for a refund are permitted on items purchased up to 25% off on the website when made within 30 days of the original purchase. Beyond 30 days, an exchange or store credit will be offered in exchange for your return (store credits can be issued as an online one-time use credit or in-store gift card that will be mailed to you). Items purchased at more 25% off are exchange or store credit only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. We promise to always work with you to ensure that your items fit and you're happy with your purchase. To complete your return, we require a copy of the order invoice or packing slip along with the items you are returning. If you are planning to return your order for a refund, keep in mind the cost of shipping will not be included in the refund.

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances: After 60 days of receiving an order, dissatisfaction after testing a product for a period of time that renders it "used", damages to a product due to improper use.
If an item is defective in any way, we'll cover the cost of the return and/or exchange.
We do not accept returns on products on 'SALE' or more than 30% off.
To Begin a Return From an Online Order
- Log in to your account.
- Select the order that includes the item you would like to return.
- Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment.
- Choose the product(s) to return and the quantity.
- Give a return reason and then send your return request.
If you don't have an account on Carusocaruso.com and you're planning on mailing back an online order, please reach out to us via at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return to begin the return process. Once the return is initialized, instructions will be emailed back to you, and the product(s) can be shipped back to the store.
Returns to Store
Items purchased online can be returned to our retail store location in Birmingham, Michigan. If your return is eligible for a refund, only the cost of the items will be refunded, not the cost of shipping. This is a great option for the customer to avoid the additional shipping costs for mailing in their return.
Returns by Mail
Once you have initiated a return request and have received a "Return Authorized" email confirmation, you are ready to prepare your return.
Your return must must be unworn and have the tags attached. We suggest you use the shipping envelope that the item was sent in to ship back your return, and do ask that you cover the cost of the shipping back to us. Please ship your return within 30 days of your original purchase to:

If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges by Mail
If you want to exchange an item, we do ask that you cover the cost of the shipping back to us. We will then cover the shipping cost to get the item(s) back to you. Any exchanges after the first go 'round will have to covered by you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You can always make an exchange in person at our retail store location.
Processing of Returns by Mail
Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing of your return once you have shipped it back to us. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days, after your credit has been refunded, for it to post to your account.
