Do you have a brick-and-mortar store?

Yes! We have a walk-in retail store located in the walkable community of Birmingham, Michigan, on Maple between Woodward and Southfield roads. We're located at 166 West Maple Rd, Birmingham, MI 48009.

 

What are your hours?

Mon-Wed 10am - 7pm
Thur-Fri 10am - 8pm
Sat 10am - 7pm
Sun 12pm - 6pm

What is your return policy?

15 days full refund or store credit. 15+ days store credit only. Refunds must be accompanied by original receipt. Returns must have all tags attached & products must be in original condition. Read more about in-store and online returns here.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yup--during certain promotional periods we offer coupon codes for free shipping BUT you can always take advantage of automatic free shipping on orders over $100!

Why is some of your in-store product not available online?

Though we are continually working to expand our product offering available online, several of our brands run on a seasonal rotation, and only offer product for a limited time. We will be working to accommodate our customers needs and are always available over the phone (248-645-5151) to help customers purchase items found on our instagram, or answer questions about our in-store inventory.

 

Where should I get my jeans tailored?

The Birmingham Tailor, Ali Cheaib, has been our go-to tailor for nearly 20 years. Try him out!

 

Do you provide return shipping labels for returns or exchanges?

No we do not. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. An alternative option is returning your item(s) to our brick and mortar store location, in Birmingham, MI.

 

How do I checkout if I don't know my account password or didn't set an account up?

Our web site allows you to check out as a guest. No need to create an account if you don't want one. If you used the guest checkout option but would like to link your order to an account on our website, please reach out to orders@carusocaruso.com and we will help you out!

So many reasons! From your "My account" page, you can access past (and current) order, view + save your shopping cart and create a wish list.

 

Why is some of your Detroit product made in the U.S.A. but some isn't?

For our exclusive line of Detroit items, we currently partner with Retro Brand, who manufacture their product from tried and true resources to maintain the quality that has come to be expected of the premier clothing line since 1962. In order to keep competitive pricing for all manufacturing costs necessary to achieve the quality and level of detail found in Retro Brand's unique product offering, our apparel is supplied from sources where it is readily available, enabling us to continue creating in small batches, as well as replenish sold-out product faster.

How do I get promotional codes and where do I redeem them?

Just add your name and email address to our mailing list and you will receive promotional emails and our newsletter. Promo codes can be redeemed on our web site when placing an order.

 

Can I make an exchange or return in person?

Yes you can! Please us at 248-645-5151 or stop by 166 West Maple Rd, Birmingham, MI 48009 during store hours to make your return or exchange.

 

Can I use a Caruso Caruso Gift Card for my online purchase?

If you would like to use a Caruso Caruso Gift Card as payment for your online purchase please call us at 248-645-5151 Monday-Friday between 9am-4pm EST. Our website does not currently support accepting Gift Cards as payment but we are more than happy to assist you with this over the phone! Our website developers are actively working towards resolving this issue in the near future.
